What to do in an accident?

  1. Safety first. Find a safe location. In an emergency, call 911. (injuries, hit & run, fire, burglary, liability dispute etc)
  2. Take photos of the scene of accident and damages of all parties
  3. Take these information down:

Date, time and location Other parties Contact info:

Name
Birthday
Driver License #
Address
Phone #
Insurance company & policy number

In a car accident, also get:

License plate
Year, make and model.
Take down witness contact info if there is any.

How does the insurance claim process work?

  1. File a claim. This can be done by contacting us or directly to the insurance company.
  2. Once a claim has been filed, you will be contacted by the assigned adjuster for your case.
  3. An estimator from the insurance company will come to your home or repair facility to assess your loss.
  4. You may choose your own repairer. Most insurance companies can refer you to selected repairer.
